Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Refund/Replacement requirements are:

  • Description of product
  • Best by date, lot number, and time stamp
  • Where you purchased
  • Any photos of the product and packaging you may have
